I didn't know what college to attend but when I spoke with someone from Strayer University they made it easy for me because they give me everything I needed.

Stay on them, call them constantly, never assume anything, insist on documentation for everything. There is lack of communication between academics, financial aid, and the business office. Lack of financing options for self-pay.
